Feature of pulp pump
1. Volute pump body , top half and bottom half ,inlet & outlet in bottom half , no disassemble the basic and pipeline systems when maintenance .
2. Improve working life of slurry pump from design aspect.
3. High head pumps with double volutes design, balancing running force on axial direction, make the mechanical seal and bearing longer lifetime.
4. The Impeller with double suctions, whose hydraulic design is verified by CFD and casting is made by precision technologies.
5. Seal with seamless welding technology,replacing structures of the mechanical seal is available, which make maintenance more easy and low the components cost.
6. Bearing has configurations for grease lubrication and thin oil lubrication. Bearings made of stainless steel 304 and has good stability.
7. Structure of bearing body is separated from pump body, which make it available to replace shaft, sleeve and other components without disassemble the pump body.
