Reject separator/Deslagging separator Large amount of tailings will be produced in processing waste paper process, and it is pity to discard these tailings but it is more difficult to recycle. Reject separator is an Impurity Cleaning Equipment which is specially designed for processing the tailings from fiber separator, duplex fiber separator, pressure screen and other devices. It can effectively separate the fiber and impurities, and make the fiber recovery up to about 70% and reduce the fiber loss. Reject separator is operated under an ordinary pressure and closed condition, and it can continuously slag, no sticking screen, clogging pulp and pulp splashing. Meanwhile, no vibration and noise can be observed. It is not necessary to be supervised by a specified person, and the concentration of the impurities selected can be up to 10%-15%, which can directly be discarded as the waste without processing.
