Description of Reject separator:

Reject separator/Deslagging separator belongs to Pulp Cleaning Equipment of paper machinery.

Reject separator/Deslagging separator Large amount of tailings will be produced in processing waste paper process, and it is pity to discard these tailings but it is more difficult to recycle. Reject separator is an Impurity Cleaning Equipment which is specially designed for processing the tailings from fiber separator, duplex fiber separator, pressure screen and other devices. It can effectively separate the fiber and impurities, and make the fiber recovery up to about 70% and reduce the fiber loss. Reject separator is operated under an ordinary pressure and closed condition, and it can continuously slag, no sticking screen, clogging pulp and pulp splashing. Meanwhile, no vibration and noise can be observed. It is not necessary to be supervised by a specified person, and the concentration of the impurities selected can be up to 10%-15%, which can directly be discarded as the waste without processing.
Reject separator is the more advanced equipment for processing the tailings at present. Compared with the pressure-type tailings screen, it can simplify the system process and save power consumption; compared with vibration frame flat screen, it can significantly improve the screening efficiency, optimize the operation environment.

Refining is the mechanical treatment of pulp fibers to develop paper and board sheet properties.

The Double Disc Refiner is a refiner of double-disc cantilever design with hydraulic positioning of the rotor disc.

A refining zone between two flat discs rotating in opposite directions make the DD concept unique. The hydraulic system, operated by a guide valve, controls the disc clearance on the refining zone. The segments are mounted on segment holders. The disc clearance is kept constant during various operating conditions and loads by means of a hydraulic control system. The disc clearance is measured by a TDC (True Disc Clearance)

The LEIZHAN new type drum pulper is used for fiber slushing and separation of coarse contaminants for all kinds of recovered paper. High production capacity and low power consumption in a single unit make the FibreFlow drum pulper the preferred choice for continuous pulping.

Wastepaper furnishes are defiberized by means of continuous turnover (via dropping and falling inside the rotating drum). This action gently separates fibers from contaminants with minimal fiber loss. The contaminants are rejected continuously and automatically. The drum has two sections (pulping and screening) – wetting, chemical impregnation and defiberizing take place in the pulping section. Fiber recovery and reject separation take place entirely in the screening section.
